This EARL 2015 conference will be held at the Microsoft NERD Exhibition Center in Cambridge Massachusetts. With stunning views over the Charles River and a great location within Cambridge, it is the perfect venue for a city conference.

Microsoft NERD Center - SECURITY

  1. All delegates must register with building security, located in the lobby of the NERD Center, One Memorial Drive, prior to entering the building.
  2. Delegates must present a government issued, photo ID to lobby security in order to be allowed access to the building. If a delegate is unable to present the proper ID they will not be allowed access to the building.
  3. All attending delegates will be required to sign a waiver in order to gain access to the conference space. Signing the waiver is optional, however please keep in mind that if you refuse to sign the waiver and you are unable to provide security with a certificate of insurance prior to the conference, you will not be allowed access into the conference space.

 

Conference Reception - Boston Science Museum

The Conference Reception will take place on Tuesday 3rd November in the Boston Museum of Science.

Description of the Blue Wing

Built in 1972 to create exhibit space for the expanding Museum, the Blue Wing encloses three levels of galleries wrapped around a towering central atrium. A 45-foot-long T-Rex lurks in one corner; optical illusions adorn a wall; an Apollo module floats overhead.
